Town Attorney

The Eriebar organization is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Law Department as legal counsel to the Supervisor, Town Board, and Town Departments. As a key member of the team, you will represent the Eriebar in civil litigation and provide expert advice on municipal law.

• Act as legal counsel to the Supervisor, Town Board, and Town Departments
• Represent the Eriebar in civil litigation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism and independent judgment
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of New York

Municipal law experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for a candidate who can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the Eriebar's progressive law office.
