Job Summary

Our Recruiters play a critical role in the growth and development of our clinical teams. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts for our allied health positions. You will work closely with local and regional managers to understand their staffing needs and find the best talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and Attract Talent: Utilize various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events, to identify top healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle: From job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensure a seamless process for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster partnerships with local and regional managers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct Initial Screening Interviews: Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with our organization's values.
  • Create and Maintain a Pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Coordinate and Attend Industry Events: Represent our organization at career fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in the healthcare industry to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all legal and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in using social media platforms and other innovative sourcing techniques.
