We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, presenting our fitness concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers with enthusiasm and energy, providing them with a positive and welcoming experience.
- Present our fitness concept to interested customers, highlighting the benefits of our science-based, full-body workout.
- Work at our front desk, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Give studio tours, showcasing our facilities and services.
- Work closely with trainers to guide new customers through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Sell memberships to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services.
- Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with a passion for fitness and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
