Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events at our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests, and working closely with our events team to deliver memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage banquet events, including setup, service, and breakdown
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute events, including menu planning, decor, and logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless execution of events
- Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in banquet services or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning and wine service
