Job Summary

As a Server at Hilton Burlington, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that every guest has a positive experience and receives exceptional service.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Comply with all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning tables, and restocking supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to stand for long periods of time.
