Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our hospitality team at Hofman Hospitality Group. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and reset tables after each guest, ensuring a clean and sanitized environment.
  • Assist food servers by removing used or unnecessary items from guests' tables and replenishing condiments and glassware as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining room, restrooms, and service stations.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
