We are currently seeking licensed clinicians to join our team in Dover, DE. As a licensed clinician with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide individualized care. Our ideal candidate is a licensed LCSW with experience working with adults, children, and couples. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. A strong sense of empathy and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of up to $116,400 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
