Job Summary:
Talent4Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health RN to join our team as a travel nurse in a psychiatric setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages in an inpatient behavioral health unit.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- BSN or related healthcare degree preferred
- Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
