Position Overview:
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday to Thursday, 3 weeks per month
- Monday & Wednesday: Clinic
- Tuesday & Thursday: Surgical Procedures

Procedures Performed:
- Occipital Blocks
- Synvisc Injections for knee
- Botox Injections
- Mental Nerve Blocks
- Infraorbital Nerve Blocks
- Trigger Point Injections

The focus of our current patient demographic includes thoracic and lumbar pain, cervical pain, and sacroiliac joint discomfort. We are open to referrals for joint pain, although these are primarily directed to our orthopedic partners.

The current provider manages up to 30 patients in the clinic on two days each week and performs approximately 25 to 28 procedures in the surgical center on the other two days.

The primary interventions include epidural steroid injections, SI joint injections, medial branch blocks (in preparation for radiofrequency), and radiofrequency ablation across all spinal regions. We also conduct a limited number of spinal cord stimulator trials, with referrals for final implantation directed to neurosurgery.

All procedures are conducted under fluoroscopic guidance, with the majority involving conscious sedation. Occipital nerve blocks are performed infrequently in the clinic.
