• Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Manage patient scheduling, registration, and charting, utilizing medical terminology and exam procedures.
• Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence, using computer systems.
• Verify doctor's orders and communicate with radiology technicians as needed.
• Assist with patient preparation, including changing rooms and scanning records.
• Work collaboratively with the radiology team to ensure smooth operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in a medical-related office setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency and medical terminology knowledge preferred.
