The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in a variety of settings. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for promoting and restoring health through collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide patient-centered nursing care that aligns with hospital standards and patient care objectives.
2. Foster a compassionate environment by offering physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
3. Maintain effective communication within the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
4. Execute the nursing process and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
5. Supervise and mentor assigned team members to enhance their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in a tertiary healthcare facility.
- Valid Nursing License or successful completion of the NCLEX RN Exam.
- Proficiency in English demonstrated by an IELTS Academic Score of 7 in Speaking and 6.5 Overall, or equivalent scores in TOEFL iBT or OET.
- Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) as required by the unit.
- Basic computer literacy.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with variable shifts.
