Porter/Groundskeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team at Community Staffing Resources. As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and property of our residential properties.

• Perform basic light maintenance functions and cleaning of the property
• Provide exceptional service by maintaining high curb appeal
• Assist with trash services and maintain laundry facilities
• Perform painting, janitorial duties, and other tasks as needed
• Assist maintenance personnel and maintain landscaping

• At least 6 months experience working as a Porter/Groundskeeper for residential properties
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Pass a criminal background check with no felonies
• Ability to take direction from management and work well with others
• Excellent customer service skills
