Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Director - Prefabricated Construction to lead the management of assigned construction projects from initial planning and scheduling to final installation.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

The Project Director - Prefabricated Construction will oversee the management of assigned construction projects from initial planning and scheduling to final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in CFS construction.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
