Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time customer-oriented individual to join our team at our Kenosha, WI location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales, and perform technical duties such as replacing screens, batteries, and other components on smart phones and tablets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support
  • Perform technical duties such as phone and tablet repair
  • Assist with sales and inventory management
  • Work effectively in a team environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months prior work experience preferred
  • Customer service and sales oriented with high motivation
  • Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company's electronic retail and cross-referencing system
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
