We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at Yellowstone Club. As a key member of our Facilities Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our members.
Responsibilities- Facility Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all types of facilities, including buildings, mechanical systems, and equipment.
- Work Order Management: Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks promptly using asset management software.
- Issue Identification and Reporting: Recognize and report any issues or potential issues throughout the Yellowstone Club property using the asset management software.
- Commercial Building Maintenance: Perform all tasks required for the maintenance and operation of a commercial building, including minor construction projects and remodels.
- Minor Construction Projects: Experience with minor construction projects, including doors and hardware, trim, drywall, paint, etc.
- Remodel Projects: Experience with remodel projects, including framing, drywall, millwork, paint, etc.
- Woodworking and Metal Fabrication: Experience with woodworking in a millwork shop and metal fabrication and welding.
- Event Support: Ability to support events team for unique special event projects.
- Electrical and Power Tools: Comfortable working with electricity and adhering to lockout-tagout procedures, and experience with power tools, including skill saws, nailers, sanders, paint sprayers, etc.
- Lighting Maintenance: Experience with lighting maintenance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Technical Training: Technical training is preferred.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient use of general power and hand tools.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair issues.
- Communication: Highest standards of quality and attention to detail, and ability to communicate issues to management.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
- Salary: Salary dependent on experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of facility maintenance or construction trades experience.
