About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of $62,000 - $72,000 per annum, depending on experience. In this role, you will provide case management services to adults and their families, including evaluation, assessment, crisis intervention, resource and plan development, home visits, and after-care planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinically necessary services to adults and their families, including evaluation, assessment, crisis intervention, resource and plan development, case management, aftercare planning, and outreach services.
  • Attend weekly group supervision/treatment planning sessions with clinical staff as part of a comprehensive treatment team, contributing to a positive departmental environment
  • Attend weekly individual supervision sessions with the Counseling or Project Director
Requirements
  • Possession of one of the following packages in the behavioral health field: Associate's degree with 6 years of clinical experience; Baccalaureate's degree with 4 years of clinical experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of clinical experience as Behavioral Health Case Manager
  • CAADAC certification is highly desired
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
