Key responsibilities include managing all cold food preparation tasks and assisting with daily operational duties. Cold food items may encompass salads, fruits, wraps, parfaits, and catering requests.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all food preparation processes and maintain cleanliness in the preparation area

  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Director for fresh food procurement
  • Keep the food preparation station organized and sanitary
  • Prepare cold menu items such as wraps, salads, fruits, and catering trays according to Chick-fil-A standards
  • Stay updated on new products and menu changes
  • Wash and store kitchen utensils and dishes
  • Assist with opening tasks in other areas of the restaurant
  • Adhere to company policies and directives from Back-of-House leadership
