Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals who possess the physical capability to assemble products in a manufacturing environment according to precise specifications. This role involves the use of various hand and power tools, including wrenches, hammers, and impact tools, and may require interaction with mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, and electrical systems on machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading measuring tools such as tape measures and dial calipers.
  • Assemble machinery, equipment, and subassemblies by interpreting blueprints, drawings, and written instructions.
  • Accurately fit, position, and secure components to construct machinery or subassemblies.
  • Manually handle components and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds, occasionally utilizing a hoist.
  • Operate machinery and verify its functionality.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, clients, supervisors, and team members.
  • Achieve or surpass productivity, quality, attendance, and safety standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols consistently.
  • Contribute to workplace organization initiatives and provide suggestions for enhancements.
  • Execute any additional assigned tasks as required.

Work Schedule:

Regular hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with Friday hours from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, occasionally extending to a full day.
