As an Assembly Technician at Storyteller Overland, you will play a vital role in building high-quality adventure vehicles. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Assembling vehicle components, such as cabinets, walls, plumbing fixtures, roof racks, wheels, appliances, or electrical components, using hand tools, rivet guns, and other equipment;
  • Maintaining quality control by inspecting components and reporting any issues to the supervisory team;
  • Following assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate and efficient vehicle assembly;
  • Collaborating with engineers and designers to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues;
  • Utilizing various hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks;
  • Maintaining supplies by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and requesting supplies;
  • FOLLOWING SAFETY GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS TO ENSURE A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT;
  • Supporting the overall success of the production team through collaboration, cooperation, and camaraderie;
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule and Location

">

The compressed work schedule includes Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. The facility is located in the Lakeshore Area (109 West Park Drive, 35211).
