You will also lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues on your team. You will motivate, inspire, and develop your pharmacy support staff by balancing assignments that maximize their strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.

Requirements:
  • Active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
