Practice Details- A new, state-of-the-art facility will be home to a team of 4 MDs and 4 Nurse Practitioners.
- The Grand Rapids team collaborates closely with the existing Deer River team.
- This is an outpatient only opportunity.
- The practice is led by a physician.
- Additonal opportunities include colposcopies, endoscopies, stress tests and EGDs.
- The Epic electronic medical record system is used.
- Flexible scheduling with a FTE range of 0.6 – 1.0.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine.
