Your responsibilities will include assisting pharmacists with prescription filling, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists with prescription filling, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceuticals
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient information and prescription data
  • Ensure a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge of pharmacy systems and procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
  • Prefer good math skills and computer skills
  • Prefer knowledge of store inventory control and PTCB certification
