SUMMARY:

Oversee and implement both internal and external protocols to guarantee the fair allocation of over one billion dollars in interstate access revenues to rural telecom entities each year.

Direct daily and monthly operations involving customer interactions and NECA personnel to ensure that data reporting and processing align with FCC regulations and NECA standards.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of regulatory modifications that affect NECA's responsibilities as the administrator of the Interstate Access Revenue Pools, as outlined in Part 69 of the FCC Rules and relevant FCC Orders.

Provide essential insights on system and process enhancements to meet evolving business requirements efficiently and effectively.

Conduct comprehensive financial data analysis monthly to verify the accuracy and completeness of results for each revenue pool and all associated pool members.

Examine, identify, and suggest solutions for company-specific challenges, ensuring that resolutions comply with both internal and external pool protocols. Uphold fairness for all revenue pool participants while considering the cash flow implications for the affected company. This role includes supervisory responsibilities with one direct report.



QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: 6-8 years of experience in the following areas: - Data Analysis - Accounting or Cost Analysis - Telecommunications expertise 5-7 years of experience in: - NECA Settlements - Team Leadership - Telephone Accounting - Customer Relations - Supervisory Roles - Procedure Development - Project Management

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.

COMPENSATION RANGE:
Market Range 25th Percentile: $113,000 | 75th Percentile: $141,900
