Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional hospitality to every guest, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team to achieve exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and inventory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
