About the Position:
  • Interviewing and qualifying prospective residents
  • Accompanying prospects to model apartments to discuss the community's features
  • Completing lease forms and processing applications
  • Promoting positive resident relations and ensuring a high-quality living experience
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $18.00-$20.00/hour, 401(K) match, rental incentives, renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits.
