Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Messaging Solutions Engineer to enhance our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of Enterprise Messaging systems and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Compensation:
Competitive salary starting at $100K, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive IT experience, specifically in the architecture and maintenance of on-premises and hybrid Microsoft Exchange Server environments. Experience with multi-server and multi-site configurations is crucial. Proficiency in server clustering, load balancing, and mobile device management solutions is required. Candidates holding active Microsoft Certifications will be given preference.

Technical Skills:

  • Operating Systems: Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, MacOS, iOS, Android.
  • Messaging Platforms: Exchange Server 2016, Office 365, Exchange/Office 365 Hybrid.
  • Mobile Device Management Solutions.
  • Email Security: Encryption, Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
  • Authentication: Single Sign-On.
  • Virtualization Technologies: VMware vSphere/vCenter, Hyper-V/Systems Center VMM.

Additional Requirements:

  • Local candidates are preferred.
  • This position requires onsite work.
  • Full-time role with standard business hours.
  • Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend support is necessary.
