Commercial Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Sales Executive in our Complete Building Solutions (CBS) Division, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within the building maintenance industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients for our services
- Schedule appointments, understand prospective client needs, create proposals, and make presentations to win new business
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our services
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction industry or construction trades
- Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales
- Project or construction management experience is preferred
- A competitive salary, including commission and bonus structure
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and PTO
