About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated and certified fitness coaches to lead our science-based, full-body workouts. As a coach, you'll inspire members to push their limits and achieve their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging and motivating workouts, ensuring a safe and effective experience for all members.
  • Help members set and achieve personal fitness objectives, providing guidance and support along the way.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of our workout programs, including heart-rate focused training methods.
  • Foster a positive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive results.
  • Certify and maintain current AED/CPR certifications, adhering to industry standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess a current fitness certification from an approved education provider.
  • Hold a valid AED/CPR certification.
