We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Float Pool at a premier Level II Trauma Center. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
- Float between various critical care units including ICU, CICU, CVICU, and Emergency Department.
- Manage care for patients with complex medical needs, including neuro, surgical, cardiac, and trauma cases.
- Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Idaho or multistate.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification to be obtained within six months.
- Prior experience in critical care settings is preferred.
