Guitar Center is a world-renowned music retailer that embodies the creativity and passion of musicians. As a repair technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' instruments are in top condition, allowing them to create their best music.

With a competitive salary range of $16.00-$24.00 per hour, plus commission depending on background and experience, this position offers a unique opportunity for growth and development. As a repair technician, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
  • Assisting in the maintenance of store-owned gear as requested
  • Completing warranty repair work
  • Additional duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products is also preferred.
