Cardiac Anesthesia Specialist at Trinity Health

About the Organization:
Trinity Health is seeking a proficient cardiac anesthesia specialist to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will collaborate with a group of experienced anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs).

The compensation package is attractive, featuring a base salary of $450,000 along with a comprehensive benefits program that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, deferred compensation options, a professional development allowance, and 8 weeks of paid time off. A sign-on bonus is also available - please inquire for further information.

Work Schedule:
  • 1 anesthesiologist is on vacation each week (excluding 2 weeks annually)
  • 1 anesthesiologist is post-call every day
  • 1 anesthesiologist is on call each day (1st Call - they return only if additional cases or a central line is needed)
  • 1 anesthesiologist serves as 2nd call daily (2nd Call - typically a backup for non-cardiac anesthesiologists on 1st call)
  • 1 anesthesiologist works exclusively day shifts
Weekend Schedule:
  • 1 anesthesiologist is 1st Call on Saturday and 2nd Call on Sunday
  • 1 anesthesiologist is 2nd Call on Saturday and 1st Call on Sunday
  • The remaining 3 anesthesiologists have weekends off
