Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Ambulatory Primary Care Physician Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional primary care services to our patients and leading our team of healthcare professionals.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $294,000 and $333,215 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(a) plan with a County contribution of $50 per pay period.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current Physician's and Surgeon's license issued by the State of California without restrictions;
- A DEA certificate and National Provider Identification Number;
- Board certification or board eligibility in your respective specialty.
Responsibilities
As an Ambulatory Primary Care Physician Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting medical examinations for patients;
- Diagnosing medical conditions and prescribing treatment;
- Leading and supervising a team of healthcare professionals;
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management.
