Soccer Shots Northwest Las Vegas is seeking a dynamic and caring Youth Soccer Coach to join our team.

**Compensation:** $20 per 35-45 minute class, with opportunities for increased earnings based on performance.

**Job Summary:** As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading engaging and fun soccer sessions for children aged 2-8 years old. You will also be required to manage and direct all duties related to the operation of a Soccer Shots session, including preparation, coaching, and communication/administration.

**Responsibilities:

  • Preparation: Attend coaches' meetings, review online curriculum, and maintain equipment in proper condition.
  • Coaching: Ensure the safety and well-being of every child, follow proper on-site protocol, and conduct fun and positive sessions following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.
  • Communication/Administration: Communicate with supervisors about changes or important information, complete online attendance sheets, submit time sheets, and return equipment at the end of each season.

**Requirements:

  • Able to work Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8:45am to 12:00pm.
  • Caring and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
