We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Critical Access Hospital Nurse to join our team at Becker Health. As a Critical Access Hospital Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in both the Emergency Department and Med Surg units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department and Med Surg units
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in charge nurse responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
  • Current active state license
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting
  • 36 hours of guaranteed minimum hours per week
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual skills
  • Experience with Cerner EMR system
