• Diagnose and Repair Mechanical Issues: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with UTV vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Routine Maintenance and Inspections: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections to prevent mechanical failures.
• Electrical System Testing: Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and identify potential issues.
• Engine and Transmission Assembly and Disassembly: Assemble and disassemble engines, transmissions, and other components as needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Fuel, Cooling, and Suspension System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair fuel systems, cooling systems, and suspension systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Diagnostic Tool Utilization: Effectively use diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint mechanical issues and identify solutions.
• Record Keeping and Customer Service: Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed and provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Safety Protocols and Work Environment: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Industry Trends and Advancements: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in power sports vehicle technology to provide the best possible service.

• Proven Experience: Proven experience as a mechanic specializing in ATVs and UTVs, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Technical Training or Certification: Technical training or certification in power sports vehicle mechanics preferred.
• Engine, Electrical, and Hydraulic System Knowledge: Strong knowledge of engine components, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnostic Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Technical Manual and Schematic Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
