  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Foster a positive and productive team environment, encouraging collaboration and open communication among our service technicians.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on service department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a service-related role, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Education: Technical degree or equivalent job experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and experience with Microsoft Office products.
