About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Government Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Stafford Consulting Company, Inc. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of federal technology integration, training, and acquisition support programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of federal technology integration, training, and acquisition support programs
  • Assist with contract administration, including contract review, negotiation, and closeout
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government stakeholders, including contracting officers and program managers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in government contracts coordination, with a strong background in contract administration and program management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
