- Work in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN.
- Be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans.
- Track the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitor their vital signs.
- Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents.
- Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects.
- Review residents' charts and medical records.
- Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility.
- Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies.
- Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
- Help with the orientation and training of medical staff.
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
