Dietitian - Community Health Educator

The Providence Clinical Network is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team in providing education to patients in various settings. This position is responsible for researching, developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs for patients, staff, and the community.
As a Registered Dietitian, you will function independently, providing education to patients in group, individual, and telephone settings. You will be responsible for researching, developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs for patients, staff, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement education programs for patients, staff, and the community
- Provide education to patients in group, individual, and telephone settings
- Research and evaluate education programs to ensure effectiveness
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food or Nutrition Science
- National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire
- One (1) year working in an outpatient healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nutritional Science, Public Health, Health Education, or related field
- Additional specialty certification related to department and patient needs (e.g., weight management, cancer care, pediatric issues, renal, and exercise instruction) upon hire
