Job Summary

Mohawk Chevrolet is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team.

This role requires a strong understanding of finance and insurance principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in finance and insurance, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
  • Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources.
  • Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
  • Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department to ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.

Requirements:

  • Two years of automotive sales experience and one year in a dealership management position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of finance and insurance principles.
