Our program is designed to provide you with the tools and resources you need to succeed in today's hospital environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
What to ExpectAs a Nurse Resident, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department. You will work collaboratively with medical providers and other members of the care team to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to our patients.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled
- Performing procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s)
- Documenting the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner
- Performing exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and striving to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively
