Position Overview:
McKenzie Crossing Orthopedic Physical Therapy is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to enhance our dynamic team at our thriving clinic.
As an independent, therapist-owned outpatient facility, we have been serving the Thurston area of Springfield since 1999.
Our clinic boasts a modern facility equipped with cutting-edge tools designed to support advanced manual therapy techniques, ensuring optimal patient recovery.
Qualifications: - Current Oregon physical therapy assistant license or eligibility for an Oregon PTA temporary permit through an accredited PTA educational program.
- CPR certification for healthcare providers.
- A strong desire to learn and excel in delivering high-quality orthopedic physical therapy.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary package, an employer-funded 401-K retirement plan after one year of service, one week of paid vacation during the first year, and two weeks of paid vacation starting in the second year. Additionally, you will receive seven paid holidays (including the day after Thanksgiving), one week of paid sick leave, a continuing education allowance of $750 per year, and medical/dental insurance coverage up to $650 per month.
