Overview:


The Production Control Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the receipt, verification, and storage of local automotive components and Complete Knock-Down Parts (CKD) to ensure that Hyundai Mobis meets the assembly requirements for its diverse product line.

(Supply Chain Management) The individual in this role will establish and uphold the department's standard operating procedures while monitoring and managing the goods received through the Electronic Receipt System (ERS).

This position involves prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to guarantee the prompt receipt of all shipments.


Key Responsibilities:
(To excel in this role, the incumbent must competently perform each essential duty. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.)

Formulate and implement standard operating procedures and policies for the receiving department.

Ensure compliance with procedures for all tasks, including loading/unloading, waste management, and inbound parts audits.

Provide training for newly assigned team members.

Conduct audits of team members' work to assess productivity and accuracy.

Drive daily productivity targets by inspiring and leading warehouse team members.

Maintain exemplary housekeeping standards and ensure the safety of equipment.

Guarantee proper handling of OEM service parts and customer orders within the warehouse.

Oversee the unloading of trucks with inbound service parts, confirming the quality and quantity of all shipments.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent industry experience required

3 to 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience

Experience in the automotive sector (Preferred)

SAP experience (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal management skills

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Powered Industrial Vehicle Certification (Preferred)

Working Conditions:
Shift Work (Subject to Change), Walking and Standing on the production floor, occasional travel as needed.
