About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Valet Attendant to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a Valet Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic to maintain a clean and organized flow of cars, always with a smile.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, greeting them by name and taking care of their needs.
- Develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Open and close doors for every customer upon arrival and departure, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Assist guests with luggage from vehicle to vehicle as necessary.
- Turn off each car and remove keys, providing a secure and efficient service.
- Provide each customer with a valet ticket and explain the retrieval process.
- Park and retrieve cars with precision, efficiency, and in a timely manner.
- Work independently with a self-reliant attitude, taking initiative and making decisions as needed.
- Promote exceptional customer relations, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or parking industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds, and stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
