Job Summary

KPC Global Medical Centers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in the preparation and dispensing of medications within our hospital, while also handling clerical and billing duties, and inventory control.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medications under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.
  • Perform clerical and billing duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Conduct inventory control and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide pharmaceutical services for patients of all ages, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Report to the Pharmacy Director or pharmacist on duty.
Requirements
  1. Current CA Pharmacy Technician license.
  2. AA degree preferred.
  3. Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
  4. Hospital pharmacy experience or training preferred.
  5. Proficiency in computer skills preferred.
  6. Full command (verbal and written) of the English language.
  7. Possess the physical ability and perceptive acuity (e.g., visual, hearing) to satisfactorily perform assigned duties.
