Job Overview

SmallBiz Staffing is seeking dedicated Production Technicians for a manufacturing facility specializing in charcoal production.


Position Details:

This role involves working in a dynamic production environment where physical stamina is essential. Candidates should be prepared to lift weights of up to 60 pounds, with regular handling of 30 pounds.

The work setting can be dusty, which may pose challenges for individuals with respiratory issues or allergies. While masks are provided, they may not be suitable for those with significant breathing difficulties.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and maintaining the workspace
  • Operating balers and stacking products
  • Hand baling and assisting in various production tasks

Candidate Requirements:
