Job Overview

Clover Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Memory Care Program, you will provide personalized support and care to our residents, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and group activities to engage residents and promote socialization.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting resident autonomy.
  • Participate in mealtime service, laundry, and basic housekeeping within the memory care neighborhood.
  • Respond to resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience working with seniors with dementia is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Compassion, kindness, and a patient demeanor are a must.
