  • Evaluate patients to establish a treatment plan addressing their functional needs
  • Integrate subjective and objective data to develop a comprehensive treatment plan
  • Utilize exercise, physical agents, and manual techniques to address deficits
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided with appropriate coding and billing
  • Communicate effectively with other disciplines and referring providers to enhance patient outcomes
  • Perform thorough and timely electronic documentation
  • Participate in peer review feedback and demonstrate advanced evaluation and treatment techniques
  • Contribute to the Performance Improvement (PI) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes

Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Wisconsin
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Approved CPR or BLS certification
  • Masters Degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology
