Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of behavior support clinicians, providing training and consultation to caregivers, and ensuring the effective implementation of interventions in the home, community, and clinic settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of 4-5 behavior support clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Provide training and consultation to caregivers, helping them to develop the skills and confidence needed to implement interventions effectively.
  • Conduct regular meetings with families to review progress, set goals, and conceptualize each case with consultation.
  • Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to maintain family engagement in services and adjust the treatment plan to maximize efficacy for clients and families.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
