This is an exciting opportunity for an Independent Contractor to join our network and serve the Vallejo area. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with FeldCare Connects, your responsibilities will include:

  • Observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and changes to their condition.
  • Determining the plan of care for each patient.
  • Using our intuitive Electronic Medical Record system to document patient information.
Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy.
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Reliable personal transportation.
  • A smartphone.
